Mr. Ninad Madhav Bhonge

Ninad is the driving force of Nitish Shelter. Since beginning his career as real estate agent in the year of 1991, his expertise was in dealing with plots for schemes and residential bunglows. Many prominent Builders & promoters were his clients.He has also dealt in commercial properties with Garware wall Ropes, Atta - Laval, BAIF and Pure Urban Bank. He has a vast experience of real estate marketing.

Founded by Ninad in 2007, Nitish Shelter stands as a real estate company that inspires trust. Under his leadership, Nitish Shelter has completed various projects in the area of Warje, Balewadi and Baner. Nitish Harmony, Nitish Symphony, Nitish Prabha, Nitish Venkatesh and Nitish Abha to name a few.

His focus today, remains on development of residential complexes and standalone buildings. His work is known for impeccable construction quality, timely possession and excellent legal work of the project.

Mrs. Supriya Ninad Bhonge

As a partner and Administration Head at Nitish Shelter, Supriya manages back office, administration and accounts. Prior to her current decade long stint with real estate, Supriya has had an extensive 15 year experience as Yoga teacher.

Since its inception, Supriya extends support in all endeavours of Nitish Shelter.

Mr. Sachin Chavan

As an office assistant, Sachin handles work related to registration of plots and flats at various registration offices. Sachin works as liaison for different Government offices for sanction, registration and handles other related work for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Mrs. Neeta Bavdhane

Neeta specializes in accounts and banking. She looks after TDS, GST, Income Tax and other accounts related activities. Neeta's past experience as Accounts Assistant at a Chartered Accountant Firm is a beneficial influence at Nitish Shelter.
